SriLankan Airlines has launched a redesigned website for its frequent flyer programme, FlySmiLes, aimed at enhancing the user experience for its nearly 800,000 members. The new platform features improved access to rewards and functionalities, streamlining the travel experience for members.

The updated website allows members to easily manage their accounts, check miles balances, and navigate their membership tiers. Features include simplified mile transactions, social login options, and secure payment methods. Additionally, members can manage redemption vouchers with ease and access various other benefits.
FlySmiLes offers multiple membership tiers and is part of the oneworld® Alliance, providing members with privileges such as lounge access and the ability to earn and redeem miles across a wide network of airlines.
