Sonali Ramaiah Appointed as Head of People Function at Treebo

RAMAIAH holds 16 years of experience in the field of human resources. Prior to joining Treebo, Sonali worked at Boeing as the senior HR executive and was responsible for building the Defense and IT teams at the organization. In her previous roles at Cisco, Philips, and Fidelity Investments, she has driven several strategic interventions in the areas of Organization Development, Culture Change, building Leadership Competence and driving Employee Engagement.

Commenting on her decision to join Treebo Hotels, Ramaiah said, “Treebo represents a fantastic opportunity for me. In building a ‘digital hotel brand’, the company has assembled different talent pools including those from hospitality, technology, brand building, operations, etc. which are all united by a common DNA of customer obsession.
