Shangri-La Eros New Delhi will host a ten-day culinary event focusing on Marwari cuisine, led by Chef Narayan Jha Maharaj, from August 23 to September 1, 2024. This event aims to offer diners an immersive experience of Rajasthan’s culinary traditions through an exclusive vegetarian menu.
The restaurant Tamra will showcase an ambience inspired by Rajasthan's heritage, decorated with traditional artefacts and featuring live performances of Rajasthani music. Chef Narayan, a seasoned chef with over 45 years of experience, will present signature Marwari dishes such as Dal Bati Churma, Gatte ki Sabzi, and Laal Maas.
The event is designed to celebrate the richness of Marwari cuisine, bringing together families and friends in a culturally immersive setting.
