Shangri-La Eros New Delhi has announced a 10-day culinary event featuring Marwari cuisine by Narayan Jha Maharaj, taking place from August 23 to September 1, 2024, at the hotel's restaurant, Tamara. This unique pop-up aims to immerse diners in the flavours of Rajasthan through a carefully curated vegetarian menu.
The experience includes decor that reflects Rajasthan's heritage, complemented by live traditional music performances, creating an authentic atmosphere. Maharaj, with over 45 years of experience, will showcase signature dishes like Dal Bati Churma, Gatte ki Sabzi, and Ker Sangri, among others, emphasising the region's rich culinary traditions. This event is an opportunity for guests to explore the diverse flavours of Marwari cuisine in a sophisticated setting.
