Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar announces key leadership promotions

Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar has made important changes to its leadership team, promoting key team members to enhance operations and guest experiences. These promotions reflect the hotel’s commitment to growing talent and providing excellent hospitality.  

Roopesh Malik has become Associate Director of Sales, moving up from Senior Sales Manager.  His responsibilities include creating strategies to attract more business and leisure travellers, as well as positioning the hotel as a preferred destination in the market.

Anusikha Paul is now Training Manager, advancing from Assistant Manager of Learning & Development. She will focus on developing the skills and knowledge of the hotel staff. She will design and deliver training programs to empower employees, ensure consistent service standards, and promote a culture of learning. 

Vikramjit Singh Ahluwalia takes on the role of Director of Culinary, moving up from Executive Chef. He will lead the culinary team, crafting innovative menus and ensuring the quality of all food and beverage offerings. He will focus on delivering great dining experiences and introducing creative culinary concepts.

Piyush Malik has been promoted to Director of Rooms from Rooms Division Manager. In this role, he will oversee all aspects of room operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services. His focus will be on ensuring seamless stays, improving guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards in room quality and service.

Bharat Bhushan Ghildiyal is now Director of Services, stepping up from his role as Executive Housekeeper. He will manage the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of the hotel. This includes leading the housekeeping team to ensure the hotel provides a comfortable environment for guests.

Devendra Kumar has been promoted to Associate Director of Finance from Finance Controller. His role involves optimising budgets, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the financial health of the property to support growth.
