Radisson Goregaon announced the appointment of Vaibhav Gawad as the new Executive Chef. With a wealth of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Vaibhav is set to bring his expertise and innovative approach to the hotel's culinary offerings.
Prior to joining Radisson, he served as the Executive Chef at The Fern Residency in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, he also held the position of City Chef for the Maharashtra Region at Rebel Foods, where he managed diverse culinary operations across multiple locations.
Chef Vaibhav's experience extends to prestigious properties such as Fort Jadhavgadh in Pune, where he was the Executive Chef, and Orchid Mumbai, where he worked as a Sous Chef. In his new role, he will lead the culinary team, focussing on enhancing the dining experience for guests by introducing innovative dishes that blend traditional flavours with modern techniques.
