PJ Mammen Appointed as COO at Saraf Hotels

SARAF Hotels, a leading player in South Asia’s hospitality industry which owns 13 properties spread across India and Nepal, with 9 hotels operating under the Hyatt brand, has appointed P J Mammen as its Chief Operating Officer.

As COO, Mammen will take up the mantle of the day-to-day operations of Saraf group's properties in India and Nepal as well as provide strategic leadership to transform company's bottom-line and organic growth. Mammen brings with him over 35 years of industry experience.

Prior to joining Saraf Hotels , he has held executive leadership roles with hospitality brands like Taj Group of Hotels, Starwood, Carlson Hospitality, etc., in India and abroad.
