Cosmo, the all-day dining haven at Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru, is set to tantalise taste buds with a week-long Persian Food Festival from 10-19 January. This culinary event, featuring celebrated Chef Mona Poordaryaeinezhad, promises to immerse diners in the rich and diverse world of Persian cuisine.
The festival’s menu showcases an array of traditional Persian dishes, crafted with authentic ingredients such as saffron, pomegranate paste, and dried lemon. Diners can begin their journey with starters like Joojeh Kebab and Kobeda Kebab, accompanied by soups and sides. The main course highlights include Kofta Kebab, Flafil, Koresh Khalal Badam, and Morg Zeerishk, complemented by vegetarian delights like Dal Sumac, Kuresh Batanjan, and Dill-infused Polo.
Chef Mona, with over 20 years of culinary expertise, brings in an experience to the festival. Known for her mastery of Persian and Indian cuisines, her creations reflect a seamless blend of tradition and innovation.
