At NIKO’s menu is the charcoal robata grill and fiery wok, transforming dishes into flavourful masterpieces. The new creations include Flamed Lamb Chops, Silken Tofu Carpaccio with Coriander Ponzu, and the tantalising Tuna Tataki. Diners can also savour interactive delights like DIY Confit Duck Leg Pancakes and the signature NIKO Butter Prawns, delivering a culinary journey with a Japanese soul.
The live kitchen offers a glimpse into the artistry behind each dish, from dim sum pleating to sushi rolling, while the chic bar adds a touch of sophistication.
