Novotel Pune appoints Mangesh Darole as Security Manager

With over 16 years of extensive experience in security management, Darole brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.
The new manager’s career in security is characterised by exceptional leadership and dedication. Notably, during his tenure at Novotel Mumbai International Airport, he demonstrated an unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety and security of the hotel, particularly during the pre-opening phase. His comprehensive risk assessment strategies led to proactive measures that substantially reduced risks within the hotel premises, culminating in an impressive 87% rating in the pre-opening Fire-Life Safety (FLS) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) audits. His stellar career also includes associations with renowned properties such as JW Marriott Juhu, The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, Ibis Styles Goa, and Ibis Mumbai Airport.
In his new role as Security Manager at Novotel Pune, Darole will assume responsibility for overseeing all aspects of security operations, managing a dedicated team tasked with ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff.
