MANAS ZEND has joined Grand Hyatt Mumbai as Director of Revenue. With over a decade of experience in the financial planning and revenue management, Manas has worked with a number of hospitality brands including Taj Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, Bharat Hotels Ltd and J.W Marriott.
A technology specialist, Manas has been a part of the Hyatt family and was associated with Hyatt Regency New Delhi and Hyatt Regency Mumbai in the past. He started his career at J.W Marriott, Mumbai in Food and Beverage operations and later moved to Revenue Management. He has also worked with Inter Continental the Lalit, Mumbai Holiday Inn, Mumbai, The Westin Mumbai Garden City and Taj Lands End Mumbai.
Manas holds a B.A. (Hospitality and Tourism Management Hons.) from Queen Margaret University, Scotland and a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from Institute of Advanced Management, Kolkata. He possesses excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and is a keen team player.
Roger Marti joins Grand Hyatt Mumbai as Director of Food and Beverage. A seasoned culinary expert with over 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Roger has worked in several international markets including Singapore, Shanghai, London, Ireland, Dubai and Switzerland.
An integral part of the Hyatt family since 2009, Roger’s first assignment with the group was as Executive Sous Chef at Grand Hyatt Shanghai. He then moved to Hyatt on the Bund, Shanghai and later, in 2014, relocated to Dubai where, as Executive Chef, he headed the culinary team at Grand Hyatt Dubai.
Roger is an inspirational leader and his vision is to take the culinary offerings at Grand Hyatt Mumbai to new heights. Personally, he is fond of exploring new places and cultures and imbibing the learnings to evolve as a better professional.
