Milan Semwal appointed as Head Chef at Chao Chinese Bistro

Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre has announced the appointment of Milan Semwal as the new Head Chef at Chao Chinese Bistro, the hotel’s authentic Chinese cuisine outlet. With over 14 years of culinary experience, Chef Milan is set to elevate the dining experience at this signature restaurant.

A graduate of the University of Delhi with a diploma in Food Production, Chef Milan began his culinary journey in 2010. Over the years, he has honed his skills through various key roles both in India and internationally, developing a deep passion for Chinese flavours and innovative cooking techniques.

In his new role, he will be responsible for curating menus that showcase the vibrant and intricate flavours of Pan-Asian cuisine.
