M. Santosh Kumar appointed as Executive Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa

DoubleTree by Hilton Goa-Panaji announced the appointment of Chef M. Santosh Kumar as its new Executive Chef. Kumar is poised to lead the resort's culinary team to new heights of gastronomic excellence. 

Kumar's impressive culinary journey includes stints at prestigious establishments such as Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia, Zuri White Sands Goa Resort & Casino, Fortune Miramar Goa, and his most recent role as part of the culinary team at Park Regis, Goa. He was honoured with the title of 'the most admired chef 2022' by the World Leadership Congress-Asia and received the 2017-18 Best Chocolate Showpiece award along with the silver award for Best Wedding Cake at the Aahar F&B Expo.

In an expression of gratitude and enthusiasm, Chef Kumar stated, "My passion for exploring new flavours and creating unique culinary experiences drives me every day. It's a privilege to be a part of the vibrant food culture in Goa and continue pushing the boundaries of gastronomy." Kumar's culinary prowess has been sharpened in the kitchens of world-renowned chefs, including Chef Marco Pierre White, Chef Trevor, and Chef Atul Kocchar.
