Lexicon IHM welcomes Gurmeet Singh as the new Principal

The Lexicon Institute of Hotel Management (Lexicon IHM) in Pune has announced the appointment of Gurmeet Singh as the new Principal. With over three decades of experience in human resources within the hospitality industry, Singh has held leadership roles at renowned hotel brands, including ITC and Marriott International. He started his career in the army, which instilled in him a disciplined work ethic.
On his appointment, Singh commented, "It is an honour to assume the role of Principal at Lexicon IHM, a place that holds a special place in my heart. We will continue to foster a nurturing and innovative learning environment for our students, preparing them to be the next generation of leaders in the hospitality industry."
Former CEO of The Lexicon Group of Institutes, Nasir Shaikh, praised Singh’s mentorship and acknowledged his influence on the institution’s direction. His extensive knowledge and connections in the industry are expected to enhance the academic experience at Lexicon IHM.
