Le Meridien Gurgaon appoints Monu Thankappan as F&B Manager

He brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry

Le Meridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR has appointed Monu Thankappan as the new Food & Beverage Manager. Thankappan brings with him over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specialising in F&B, catering sales and event management.

Throughout his career, Thankappan has worked with some of the most prestigious brands in the hospitality industry and has been a member of the Marriott family for over eight years. His deep understanding of F&B sales and operations has been instrumental in driving significant revenue growth and enhancing guest satisfaction across the properties he has managed. His experience and proven track record make him an exceptional leader, well-equipped to elevate the dining and catering experiences at Le Meridien Gurgaon.
