Hilton Chennai appoints Ajay Gupta as Director of Rooms

Hilton Chennai has announced the appointment of Ajay Gupta as the new Director of Rooms. With over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of excellence in hotel operations, making him an invaluable addition to Hilton Chennai.

Before joining Hilton Chennai, he held various leadership positions, demonstrating his expertise in general administration, facility management, vendor development, front office operations, housekeeping, security, spa, health club management, travel desk, engineering, and overseeing food and beverage operations. In his previous role as Rooms Division Manager at Double Tree by Hilton Agra, he achieved results such as a 104 per cent Review Site Index (RSI) score and consistent achievement of SALT targets.
