This Durga Puja season, Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinksis all set to show a festive culinary journey with Sarodiyar Bangaliyana 2.0, a celebration that is inspired by the vibrant streets of Kolkata. Running from Shashti to Dashami, the curated menu highlights the richness of Bengal’s culinary traditions.
The festival, hosted at the Ministry of Food, begins with a refreshing welcome drink, Sital Porosh, followed by the flavourful starters of Aaste Na Aastei Shuru Hok, offering delicacies like macher chop, badam sobji cutlet, and fish orly. Guests can explore traditional chutneys at Chatnir Chotok and indulge in live chaats at Samna Samni, recreating the flavours of old Kolkata.
The vegetarian section, Niramish Alapon, showcases dishes like paanch mesuli dal, shukto, and begun er bhorta, while meat lovers can enjoy the nostalgic spread at Amisher Boichitro, featuring mutton dakbanglo, chingri patia, and chicken rezala. Adding a touch of Chinatown to the feast, Tangrar Titkiri serves Indo-Chinese delights such as Golden Dragon Hakka Noodles and Kim Ling Manchurian.
