The Persian Terrace, nestled within the prestigious Sheraton Grand Hotel Bangalore at Brigade Gateway has unveiled its new menu, meticulously crafted by acclaimed Chefs Subimon Subhagan and Sajid Patel.
Guests can embark on a journey of vibrant flavours of Persia and the Middle East, perfect for this time of the year. Diners can expect to experience an array of signature kebabs, including the Joojeh Kabab, the succulent Kabab-e-Koobideh, and the Sharayih Lahm Aldaan, seafood options like the zesty Meigoo-e-Kebab and the Samak Meheshwi. while vegetarians can relish dishes such as Kofteh-e-Persian, skewered vegetables with walnuts and cheese, and marinated Chermoula Paneer.
For the main course, the chef has designed a selection of dishes including the Maqluba al-Dajaj, a Middle Eastern chicken and rice speciality, and the colourful Zereshk Polo—saffron rice adorned with tangy Iranian berries accompanied by a luxurious tagine sauce. Besides of course the traditional lavish selection of mezze, including the smoky and velvety Humus-e-Dokhan, the creamy and tangy Kashk-e-Bademian, and the savoury Dolmeh-e-Turki, stuffed with fragrant rice and herbs.
Guests can conclude their dining experience with a refined assortment of sweet delights, featuring the silky Sheerin Refesangan, a decadent pistachio pudding, the flaky, nut-filled Baklava, and the delicate Kareem-e-Zafran, a fig tart gracefully paired with rose ice cream.
