Conrad Pune is hosting an event titled "Flavours of Japan" at its Koji restaurant from November 8 to 17, 2024. This event aims to showcase Japan's culinary heritage through a carefully curated menu featuring traditional dishes.
Chef Ranjeev Biswakarma, who specialises in Japanese cuisine, has crafted a selection that includes flame-grilled Robata skewers such as Miso Eggplant and Scallops, as well as various Donburi bowls like Exotic Wild Mushroom and Eel Donburi. Desserts include Matcha Tiramisu and Japanese Cheesecake.
Chef Ranjeev adds, “The menu is designed in a way that it is a delicate dance between simplicity and precision, where every flavour and texture is carefully crafted to honour the ingredients”. Relish perfectly grilled meats and vegetables on Robata skewers, each bite infused with the deep essence of the flame, and indulge in Donburi bowls, thoughtfully layered with fresh, premium ingredients that offer an unforgettable taste of Japan.
