Dusit International to manage new hotel and residences in Bangkok

Dusit International has signed a property management agreement with King Square Development Co Ltd to manage the newly built Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok and KingsQuare Residence, both set to open in 2026. These upscale developments are located on Rama 3 Road next to King's College International School Bangkok and will feature a community mall.

Dusit Suites Kingsquare will offer 60 hotel rooms and 49 serviced suites, providing comfort with amenities such as kitchenettes and plush furnishings. Facilities will include a swimming pool, kids' club, co-working space, and an all-day dining restaurant.

In addition to the hotel, Dusit will manage KingsQuare Residence, which consists of a 52-storey tower with 222 residences, ranging from one to three bedroom units, as well as penthouses. Communal amenities will feature a swimming pool, barbecue terrace, basketball court, and a variety of on-demand services.
