Courtyard by Marriott Goa Colva welcomes Chef Prakash Yadav as Executive Chef

Chef Prakash Yadav has been appointed as the new Executive Chef at Courtyard by Marriott Goa Colva. He brings a wealth of experience and a passion for innovative cuisine to the team, promising an enhanced dining experience for all guests.

Chef Prakash’s journey in the hospitality industry includes his tenure as Executive Chef at Park Inn by Radisson, where he managed a 76-room hotel with an award-winning Italian restaurant, La Italia, and a range of other dining venues. His earlier roles include Senior Sous Chef at ITC Fortune Select, Jaipur and Sous Chef at Lemon Tree Premier, Jaipur, where he honed his skills in managing diverse culinary teams and operations. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at Fairfield by Marriott, Lucknow, where he led the culinary team of a 222-room property.

Prior to his role at Fairfield by Marriott, Lucknow, Chef Prakash was the Executive Chef at ITC Fortune Park, Vapi. Here, he was responsible for the culinary operations of a 105-room hotel, including a renowned multi-cuisine restaurant and bakery. His career also features key roles at Golden Tulip, Jaipur, Devi Ratn Resorts (currently IHCL SeleQtions by Taj), and One and Only Royal Mirage, Dubai.
At Courtyard by Marriott Goa Colva, guests can anticipate the expertise of Chef Prakash and his team across an array of dining options. These include the all-day dining venue, Colva Kitchen, the pool bar, Solario and the lobby deli, Ocentro.
