Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru hosts 'Asia on the Move'

Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal announces the 'Asia on the Move' festival from August 16 to 31 at The Hebbal Café. This culinary event showcases the diverse flavours of Asia through a menu created by Chef Kamal Dorjee and Executive Chef Rajeev Kumar.

The festival features a variety of dishes that respect traditional recipes while incorporating modern techniques. Notable offerings include Taiwan Soup, Kem Hayeng Fish, Hong Kong Prawns, and Thai Lemon Grass Chicken. Vegetarian options include Homemade Baby Corn & Water Chestnut and Tofu Asparagus dishes. The meal concludes with Yoko Soba Noodles and Steamed Lotus Rice.

Guests can also enjoy a specially crafted mocktail designed to complement the meal. A themed Sunday Brunch will further highlight the festival's culinary richness, inviting patrons to experience the vibrancy of Asian cuisine.
