Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal hosts week-long Coastal food festival

Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal is all set to bring vibrant flavours of India’s coastline to the heart of the city with its "Coastal Food Festival" at The Hebbal Cafe. Running from September 1- 8, 2024, the festival offers a culinary journey through India’s diverse coastal regions.

Executive Chef Rajeev and his team have crafted a menu that highlights iconic coastal dishes, including the crispy Kane Rava Fry, tangy Prawn Gassi, fiery Bangude Pulimunchi, and rich Mangalorean Chicken Sukkha. Each dish is made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, reflecting the authentic taste of India’s coastal states. To complement these flavours, the in-house bartender has created a special mocktail that pairs perfectly with the festival’s offerings. Additionally, the event will feature a themed Sunday Brunch, allowing guests to experience the full spectrum of coastal cuisine in a lively atmosphere.
