Chef Pradeep's journey began in some of India's most esteemed kitchens, including The Park Hotel, The Grand New Delhi, and The Taj Mahal Hotel New Delhi. His career highlights include tenure at Radisson Blu, launching the Marriott property in Dehradun and working in renowned establishments in Thailand, including JW Marriott Bangkok, Intercontinental Hotel Bangkok, Marriott Resort & Spa Phuket and the Michelin-starred Gaggan.
His experience extends to managing culinary operations for prestigious events such as the G20 Summit 2023 and various governmental gatherings. His diverse expertise in Indian and Asian cuisines positions him to enhance the dining experience at Four Points by Sheraton.
