Chef Manoj began his career after graduating from IIAS in Goa, rapidly advancing to become one of the youngest Executive Chefs at the five-star property LEBUA in Delhi. His portfolio includes prominent positions at renowned hotels and restaurants like TGIF, Radisson, and Marriott Hotels.
His career has been marked by significant leadership roles, including Director of Food Production at Zerruco by Zilli, where he managed partnerships with Pan India Foods. He has also played a key role in setting up restaurants for a major UAE conglomerate and is in the process of publishing a cookbook focused on healthy living.
His ascent to CEO at Punjabi by Nature follows a successful tenure as Director of Food and Beverages at Anardana and COO of Romeo Lane, reflecting his strategic acumen and commitment to the industry. As he takes on this new leadership role, Chef Manoj is expected to guide Punjabi by Nature into a promising future.
