Previously serving as Brand Chef at Azure Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., he enhanced culinary standards across various restaurant brands. His leadership and collaboration with kitchen teams have resulted in unique, flavourful dishes that have garnered acclaim. His career includes significant positions at notable establishments like The Leela Ambiance and The Claridges, where he played key roles in elevating dining experiences.
In his new role, he aims to contribute to the brand's reputation by introducing fresh ideas and maintaining high culinary standards. Known for his commitment to hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency, he has successfully overseen kitchen operations while developing contemporary menus.
