HOLIDAY INN Mumbai International Airport, part of the InterContinental Hotel Group, announced the appointment of Chef De Cuisine for their property in Mumbai. Qureshi brings with him over 17 years of hospitality experience serving Indian Cuisine. With his appointment, Chef Qureshi will present his specialities in Awadhi, Mughlai, Hyderabadi & Tandoori cuisine at the property.
In his new role, Chef will show his expertise in all aspects of kitchen management and training skills. Originally from Lucknow, Chef Qureshi always plates up beautifully crafted wonders and ensures that guests have an authentic experience. His management style, attention to detail, and result oriented approach makes him the perfect choice for this role. Chef Qureshi is known for team building, interpersonal relations skills and providing impeccable service.

Chef Qureshi’s journey started from the streets of Lucknow, where amongst other places he worked with Clarks Avadh Hotel Lucknow. He later worked with the famous Tundey Mian in the city where he learnt the exquisite specialities of the Awadhi Cuisine. Thereafter, he has been associated with some of the finest hotels in the country including JW Marriot New Delhi, Mercure Gold Hotel Dubai, Taj Lands Ends Mumbai, Sheraton Chola, ITC Sonar Kolkata and Hotel Arif Lucknow.
