Amit Das takes over as F&B Manager at Surat Marriott Hotel

Surat Marriott Hotel has appointed Amit Das to its distinguished team as the newly appointed Food & Beverage Manager. With an impressive career spanning 15 years across esteemed brands like Marriott International, IHG, Accor, ITC, Grand Hyatt, and Radisson, Das brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. 

With overseeing four F&B outlets and extensive banqueting, Amit will elevate the experiences offered at the hotel to new heights of excellence and guest satisfaction. Focusing on F&B innovation, revenue optimization, and event curation, Das will bring innovative food and beverage strategies, providing guests with service that creates memories. 

His last assignment was at Park Inn by Radisson Surat. Das'journey in the hospitality industry has seen him traverse dynamic cities like Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Amritsar. In addition to his professional achievements, he has a passion for travel and exploration, coupled with a commitment to innovation and quality.
