Chef Shamsher Ahmed brings to Sofitel, over 20 years of hospitality experience and enjoys mentoring his team as much as he likes crafting delicacies.
Originally from Kanpur, Ahmed will create delicacies from the North-West Frontier Province of the country at the hotel’s signature restaurant Jyran – Tandoor Dining & Lounge. The food at Jyran reveals a real mastery of flavours and textures that can be sensed in the delectable Raan Al Jyran,
