Since it began operations in 2014, Wyntronix has focussed on providing sales and service to the hospitality industry with electronic technology products from leading multinational brands. The company’s focus has been the guestrooms and it offers a wide range of products including electronic door locks, electronic guestroom safes, eco-friendly thermoelectric minibars, hotel telephones, lighting systems and other guestroom amenities.
“We believe in providing support to our valued customers, before, during and post the sale, thereby ensuring that we stand by them as being their trusted partner for quality products and seamless services,” says Adrian Goldwyn, Managing Director, Wyntronix Innovations Pvt Ltd, India.
While the hospitality industry has been one among the most impacted from the pandemic, Wyntronix has ensured that it continues to remain focussed. “We have kept the support to the industry going with our engineers travelling even when cross-border restrictions were in place. This highlights our commitment to the industry we serve,” shares Goldwyn.
Having pan-India operations with its own offices, Goldwyn proudly says their strength has been their people. “We have a collective experience of over 100 years serving the hospitality industry. In a span of eight years, we have grown the organisation to serving over 110,000 rooms and have diversified to Maldives and Malaysia,” he puts in.
Goldwyn adds, ”We are a strong force of 30 employees, with six offices and over 1,400 hotels as our valued customers.” Wyntronix’s sole focus has been the hospitality industry due to the growth potential and opportunities it creates.
“We work very closely with our principles to ensure that we maintain global standards these companies are working with. The idea is that our valued customers can benefit from the experience we carry and it becomes a win-win situation for all,” says Goldwyn.
New offerings for 2022
“Our constant endeavour has been to introduce cutting-edge technologies to the industry, clubbed with a robust support system. We already have introduced the Bluetooth technology for contactless locking systems and a new lock for the lower to mid-segment hotels. We are, at present, working on introducing solutions for asset management and guest engagement systems,” he shares.
