Khaled Assaf, a distinguished real estate expert and visionary leader, will be an eminent speaker at the highly anticipated eighth edition of the BW Hotelier Indian Hospitality Awards and Summit (IHA) 2024. Currently serving as Commercial Director and Head of Marketing at Marjan, RAK, UAE, Assaf brings over two decades of experience in real estate, with a particular focus on commercial leasing, asset management, and long-term land leases.
In his role at Marjan, Assaf has been instrumental in managing revenue streams exceeding AED 500 million, particularly in staff and commercial accommodation leasing. His expertise also spans major land sales and asset management for sectors such as education, healthcare, and leisure. Prior to this, Assaf played a pivotal role in various high-profile projects across Dubai, leading built-to-suit developments for prestigious corporations.
