Anuraag Bhatnagar, the dynamic CEO of The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, will be an eminent speaker at the upcoming eighth edition of BW Hotelier Indian Hospitality Awards and Summit (IHA) 2024. Joining The Leela in 2020, Bhatnagar has been instrumental in steering the brand to new heights, overseeing 12 iconic luxury hotels across India.

His leadership has propelled The Leela to global recognition, earning accolades such as the World’s Best Brand by Travel + Leisure for two consecutive years (2020 and 2021). His focus on authenticity, innovation, and personalisation has helped elevate The Leela’s reputation as a paragon of Indian luxury.

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality sector, including leadership roles at Marriott International and Oberoi Hotels, Bhatnagar has pioneered several transformative initiatives. These include launching bespoke services like The Leela Palace Services, Aujasya wellness programs, and cultural initiatives like "Icons of India." His commitment to excellence has made him one of India's most celebrated hoteliers, earning him prestigious awards like the CEO of the Year at ITB Berlin in 2022.

One of the most anticipated events of the year on the hospitality horizon, the eighth edition of IHA will be held at The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences on October 21-22 this year. The summit’s central theme is Revolutionising Indian Hospitality.
