Toast & Tonic introduces new breads and craft cocktails menu

It will be available until September 30 featuring a variety of globally inspired breads and accompanying cocktails

Toast & Tonic has launched a new menu called Breads & More, available until September 30. The menu features a variety of globally inspired breads and accompanying cocktails. The menu draws from traditional recipes, including Turkish Pide, Chinese Bao, and Italian Flatbread, and aims to incorporate fresh, locally sourced ingredients to enhance its flavours.

Highlights of the bread offerings include Cacio e Pepe Flatbread topped with a cheese and pepper sauce, Smoked Bandel Cheese Puffs with smoky cheese and chimichurri, and Avocado & Smoked Tomato Tartine on sourdough toast. Heartier options feature the Goan Chorizo & Pepperoni Pull Apart and the Turkish Pide, while the Chipotle Chicken Bao adds a spicy twist.

To complement these dishes, the cocktail menu introduces innovative drinks such as Rosemary Sunrise, Hibiscus Highball, and Guava Picante, designed to pair well with the bread's unique flavours.
