The Ritz Carlton, Pune appoints new Learning and Development Manager to drive employee growth and organisational success

The Ritz Carlton, Pune has appointed Asmita Deshpande as the new Learning and Development Manager. In this role, Deshpande will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing comprehensive learning and development programmes that align with the organisation’s growth and objectives.

With 13 years of experience in the learning and development industry, Deshpande brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this critical role. Prior to joining the Ritz Carlton, Pune, she served as Learning and Development Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Nashik, where she successfully designed and implemented a wide range of training programmes, resulting in significant improvements in employee engagement, retention and productivity. 

In her new role, Deshpande will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports employee growth and organisational success. This will involve conducting training needs assessment, identifying skills or knowledge gaps and collaborating with department managers and subject matter experts to design and deliver training programmes.
