Chef Vikas Deep Rathour appointed as Culinary Manager at The Imperia by Dhaba

Chef Vikas Deep Rathour has been appointed as the Culinary Manager at The Imperia by Dhaba in Somerset, New Jersey. With over 23 years of experience, Chef Vikas specialises in Indian cuisine and has a history of innovation in the culinary field. 

He previously served as Executive Chef at The Yellow Chilli in Georgia, where he gained acclaim for his creative dishes and high culinary standards. Additionally, he held the position of Culinary Manager at Mehfil Restaurant in North Carolina, focusing on menu innovation and quality control.

Reflecting on his appointment, Chef Vikas said, “I am honoured to join The Imperia by Dhaba and excited to lead a talented team in delivering a world-class dining experience. My goal is to create a menu that not only celebrates the vibrant flavours of Indian cuisine but also offers guests something new, exciting, and memorable every time they dine with us.” 

Chef Vikas has a strong background in esteemed five-star hotels in New Delhi and has represented Indian cuisine at various international events hosted by different embassies. In his new role, he will manage the culinary operations at The Imperia by Dhaba, leading a team of chefs and developing menus that combine traditional Indian flavours with modern influences.
