The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore recently held an event titled 'Taste of Triumph,' featuring Chef Naresh Hari, who will represent India in the Barilla Pasta Championship Asia 2024. Guests enjoyed his signature dish, Spaghetti Uovo with Smoked Prosciutto Mousse, Parmesan Chive Foam, and Crisp Green Leeks—a modern interpretation of Carbonara. This dish, celebrated at the upcoming championship in Manila, will be available on The Market's menu in October for National Pasta Month.
