THE Park New Delhi has unveiled Flavours of Rajasthan, a food festival with a delectable array of flavours from the state. It aims to captivate Delhi's food enthusiasts with the rich culinary heritage of Rajasthan. The festival will be on between July 27 and August 10 at the Mist.
The menu is curated by Chef Sailash Kumar Yadav with years of experience working in Jodhpur. He brings an expertise in authentic Rajasthani cuisine to the food festival. Each dish is crafted to offer an immersive experience of the rich heritage of the state. From the spices to the traditional cooking techniques, Chef Sailash's menu captures the essence of Rajasthan's culinary legacy and traditions embedded in every bite.
