The Leela Bhartiya City celebrates Bengali Food Festival

Quattro, the premium all-day dining restaurant at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, is hosting a Bengali Food Festival in collaboration with Conosh from October 9 to 12, 2024. Chef Snigdha will curate the four-day event, offering a menu that showcases the rich culinary traditions of Bengal. Guests can enjoy a vibrant array of flavours prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, capturing the region's essence. Custom-crafted beverages will complement the dishes, enhancing the experience with a unique regional flair. 

The Bengali food festival highlights much-loved Bengali dishes such as Luchi with Alur Dom, Shorshe Ilish, Kosha Mangsho, Chingri Macher Malai Curry, Basanti Pulao, and Bhapa Doi, each of which embodies the soul of Bengali cuisine.

Bengali Cuisine is known for its delicate balance of bold spices, sweet and sour notes, and fragrant aromas, the menu promises an unforgettable dining experience. Dessert lovers will be treated to Bengali classics like Mishti Doi and Nolen Gurer Payesh.
