Having worked for over three years as Vice President – Operations, Mathew has fortified and enriched all facets of the company's operational endeavours. Under his adept leadership, the implementation of best practices has culminated in elevated guest experiences across all properties.
An industry veteran with over 38 years of experience, Mathew has consistently surpassed guest expectations through his exceptional leadership and the unwavering dedication of his teams. In his new capacity, he will retain oversight of the operations function while embracing additional responsibilities, including spearheading upcoming unit launches.
