SYSOTEL.AI appoints Manali Jadhav as Regional Head

SYSOTEL.AI, a leading provider of artificial intelligence solutions for the travel tech industry, has recently announced the appointment of Manali Jadhav as the new Regional Head - Business Development in the West Region. In this new role, her primary focus is to develop and implement a strategic vision for the company's future and work closely with the executive team to achieve the company's growth objectives. Jadhav will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in the hospitality industry by acquiring 1,000 hotels in the west zone of India, which includes Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Rajasthan, and MP, in the first quarter, and a total of 5,000 hotels for the year. 

Prior to her appointment, Jadhav served as Senior Business Development at OYO, where she achieved notable success in her role. Throughout her career, she has also worked with both prominent and smaller brands, such as Taj, Oberoi and Treebo, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the budget hotel market in India. Her previous experience also includes leading sales and business development efforts for OYO and Treebo in the domestic and US markets. In addition, Jadhav has owned and operated three hotels in Rishikesh, which unfortunately had to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Bringing with her over seven years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jadhav holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Mumbai University and is a recognised thought leader in the Hospitality Industry, having published several articles and spoken at numerous conferences and events.
