SUNIL MENON has become the Executive Sous Chef of Four Point by Sheraton, Pune. Menon, has more than 17 + years in the hospitality industry, he excels in competitive, challenging and culturally diverse environments.
Menon began his career as part of the opening team, as a Brand Chef of Tablez – The Food Company (Sister Concern of Lulu International). He has also worked as an Executive Chef of Oakwood Residence Prestige Whitefield Bangalore, India, a group of Oakwood Worldwide, as a Head Chef for Las Iguanas, Stratford, an authentic Latin American fine dining restaurant in United Kingdom, and as a Sous Chef of Costa Pacifica, an Italian Cruise Liner based in Italy.
Menon joins Four Points by Sheraton, Pune as an Executive Sous Chef and his responsibilities involves in menu development and maintaining updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in the Food and Beverage operation. Advocate sound financial/business decision making. Sunil is Responsible for Food Costs, Inventory management, Vendor management, Training and Hygiene process in the kitchen.
Menon’s management style is hands on, result oriented, innovative with a constant focus on maintaining cost. His constant goal is to cultivate and maintain only the finest of culinary operations.
