Jhol, a Michelin Guide and 50 Best Discovery listed restaurant will bring this culinary adventure to Goa, blending the flavours of the East and West Coasts of India. The collaboration will feature an exclusive menu with star dishes such as Patrani Macchi with Muli Nu Raita and Salli, Berhampur Fried Chicken with Apple Fennel Slaw and Jhol Hot Sauce, and Alleppey Meen Curry with Kappa and Cashew Ghee Rice, prepared with the finest local ingredients and a selection of handcrafted cocktails with bar take over by Beam Suntory.
