Chef Hari Nayak and his Michelin Guide restaurant will bring the flavours of India’s coast to Miri

The St Regis Goa Resort has announced a culinary collaboration with Chef Hari Nayak and his restaurant Jhol from Bangkok. This partnership will showcase innovative coastal Indian cuisine at the resort’s signature dining venue, Miri, highlighting the culinary craftsmanship and regional flavours of India's coastline. It aims to elevate the dining scene in Goa, offering guests unforgettable gastronomic journeys. This collaboration will feature dishes curated by Chef Hari, brought to life by the restaurant’s culinary experts, demonstrating the dedication to culinary excellence.

Jhol, a Michelin Guide and 50 Best Discovery listed restaurant will bring this culinary adventure to Goa, blending the flavours of the East and West Coasts of India. The collaboration will feature an exclusive menu with star dishes such as Patrani Macchi with Muli Nu Raita and Salli, Berhampur Fried Chicken with Apple Fennel Slaw and Jhol Hot Sauce, and Alleppey Meen Curry with Kappa and Cashew Ghee Rice, prepared with the finest local ingredients and a selection of handcrafted cocktails with bar take over by Beam Suntory.
