Crowne Plaza Greater Noida announced the launch of a new menu at its Indian fine dining restaurant, Spice Art. Led by Chef Hardev Singh, the menu explores various regional Indian cuisines, including Awadhi, Mughlai, Punjabi, Delhi, and Lucknowi.
The curated selections feature dishes such as Do Din Ki Dal, Martaban Ka Paneer, and Gosht Korma Lazzat-e-taam, emphasising the intricate flavours and historical contexts of these culinary traditions.
