Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai International Airport has appointed Shubhangi Patil as its new Training Manager. Patil, a Hotel Management graduate from Rizvi College in Mumbai, has extensive experience in food safety, hygiene, and employee development.
Starting her career in 2017 as a Commis in the Kitchen at Trident BKC, Patil later pursued a postgraduate degree in Quality Assurance. She served as a Hygiene Executive at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa, focusing on food safety and training, before transitioning to a Hygiene and Training Executive role through cross-training in Learning and Development.
Patil's previous experience includes positions at ITC Maratha and Holiday Inn Goa Candolim. In her new role at Fairfield by Marriott, she aims to foster employee growth and enhance service quality, contributing to the hotel's commitment to excellent hospitality.
