Saravanan Ranganathan joins The Westin Chennai Velachery as Executive Chef

The Westin Chennai Velachery appointed Saravanan Ranganathan as their new executive chef. With over 18 years of experience, he is a culinary maestro, marking a significant milestone for the hotel.

Chef Ranganathan’s repertoire includes expertise in purchasing, menu creation, quality control, food cost management, budgeting, revenue management, forecasting, and staff training and development.
