Yeti - The Himalayan Kitchen has launched a new outlet at DLF Avenue in Saket, New Delhi, expanding its presence across six cities. The restaurant emphasises the diverse culinary traditions of Nepal, Tibet, and North-East India, offering a menu that includes dishes like La Phing, Thenthuk, Ema Datchi, and various types of momos, all reflecting the essence of home-cooked Himalayan cuisine.
The bar features a range of cocktails inspired by traditional ingredients, while the restaurant's decor, reminiscent of Namche Bazaar, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Joy Singh, Co-partner of Yeti - The Himalayan Kitchen, shared his enthusiasm, “With our new outlet, we are excited to bring the spirit of Himalayan fare to a broader audience. Our journey has been about more than just food; it’s about sharing the stories, tastes, and culture of the region with each dish. As we gear up to open in Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Jaipur, we look forward to connecting with more communities and bringing the soulful essence of the Himalayas to new destinations.”
