Sarabjeet Singh Bhalla Appointed as Director of F&B at The Westin Mumbai Garden City

THE WESTIN Mumbai Garden City announced the appointment of Sarabjeet Singh Bhalla as the  Director of Food and Beverage. As the Director of Food & Beverage at the hotel,Bhalla is responsible for managing the overall functioning of the F&B outlets. He will rally the culinary experts and teams to introduce new menus, uphold the set standards of the delivery and also manage labor and food costs. 

Bhalla comes with a rich experience of over 12 years in Food and Beverage operations. Integrating excellent customer-service and organizational skills, he aims to maintain exceptional standards of quality and further achieve outstanding results in his new role.

As the Director of Food & Beverage at the hotel, Bhalla is responsible for managing the overall functioning of the F&B outlets. He will rally the culinary experts and teams to introduce new menus, uphold the set standards of the delivery and also manage labor and food costs.

Prior to joining The Westin Mumbai Garden City, he worked as the F & B Manager at JW Marriott Aerocity New Delhi. During his tenure here, he successfully shouldered the F&B operations and was also involved in the pre-opening of the restaurant ‘K3’. Under his impeccable leadership, the all-day dining restaurant recorded the highest revenue growth across Marriott India for the year. He also managed to steer the overall F&B revenues in 2017 to a significant growth of 11.40 percent.

Bhalla has also worked at the JW Marriott Juhu as Director of Restaurants and has been associated with The Imperial hotel and Aman Resorts in the past. He is an alumnus of IHM Shimla and holds a postgraduate diploma in tourism studies.
