Sanjeev Ranjan elevated as Director of Food & Beverage at JW Marriott Chandigarh

Chef Sanjeev Ranjan started his career in 2004 and has worked with Marriott International, The Leela, The Oberoi, The Lalit and overseas. With a proven track record, he has been in a role of Executive Chef for last eight years with different notable luxury properties. His in-depth understanding in operation for Food & Beverage helped him to ascent the ladder and keeping his skills in mind, JW Marriott Chandigarh has elevated Chef Sanjeev as Director of Food & Beverage for the property. 

In his new role, he will look over five food and beverage outlets, all banquet, lounge and meeting spaces. On an addition, he will curate award-winning services, conceptualise, improvise, enhance food & beverage offerings, as well as train and empower his’ team to offer bespoke experiences for guest in his capacity as Director of Food & Beverage.

On this occasion, General Manager, JW Marriott Chandigarh, Vishal Singh, commented, “We are very confident that Sanjeev’s comprehensive culinary knowledge and detailed eye for operations will help us serve our guests better and take the holistic experience at the hotel to the next level.
