Rajni S Sanas appointed Director of Human Resources at The Den Bengaluru

The Den Bengaluru has appointed Rajni S Sanas as the Director of Human Resources. She is a seasoned Human Resource professional and brings with her extensive experience in recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, change management and people analytics.

Sanas has over a decade of experience in leadership roles at organisations such as Marriott International. 

In her new role at The Den, she will spearhead new ways to nurture key talent and foster professional development across the workforce on both individual and team levels. She will also be responsible for overseeing staff recruitment and retainment and designing and implementing training programmes.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Pune University and a Post-Graduation degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning.

When she is not at work, she enjoys gardening and reading.
