Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor to host exclusive ‘World of Sake’ dining experience

The five-course sake-pairing dinner will be held on August 22

Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor in Siem Reap will host a five-course sake-pairing dinner on August 22, featuring dishes created by Executive Sous Chef Dorn Doeurt and guest Chef Michael Pataran, a noted Sake Master and former Executive Chef at various five-star hotels.

The dinner, themed ‘Discover the World of Sake’, will include highlights like Seafood ‘Maki’ Mosaic and Kampot pepper-crusted Wagyu beef, among others.

Additionally, the hotel has recently introduced a series of exclusive Khmer tasting menus and unique excursions, further enhancing its offerings for guests visiting the historic site of Angkor Wat.
